@2spin contains a range of masterbatch additives that provide different properties for various artificial and synthetic fibers. The features offered by the products include:

How does it work?

Functional masterbatch additives need to be dosed via a dosing unit before the polymer melts for the extrusion process. Different @2spin products are available for different polymers, including PP, PA, PES, or PTT. All new products are tested in our Spin Master pilot facility, equipped with a semi-industrial extrusion and drawing line, to facilitate and expedite the transfer of technology from laboratory scale to industrial scale.
